Lil Wayne has reportedly got engaged to a woman in her 20s.

The 43-year-old rapper has been in many notable relationships throughout his life, and he appears to have taken another step towards tying the knot.

According to TMZ, Weezy secretly popped the question to an anonymous woman in her 20s earlier this year.

Wayne has previously been romantically involved with Toya Johnson, Nivea, Trina, La’Tecia Thomas, Denise Bidot, Lauren London, Sarah Vivan, and Christina Milian.

He has four children, Reginae Carter, Dwayne Carter III, Kameron Carter, and Neal Carter, with four different mothers.

During his appearance on All the Smoke in 2023, Wayne spoke about his love for his kids.

“Important ain’t even the word. That’s life,” he said. “Like you need food to live, that’s just how it goes. I didn’t have a father, and it’s not easy to do something that wasn’t done for you, but I figured it out. I’m at the age now where it isn’t a challenge no more. Their love cancels all the challenges out.”

Trina previously discussed her relationship with Wayne, putting their break-up down to being young.

“Wayne is a very great person,” she said on The Breakfast Club. “Wayne never did anything wrong to me. The thing is, when I dated Wayne – which was so many years ago – we were just real young. Wayne was real young. I was real young. A part of it was, ‘I don’t even know what I’m doing, and I know you don’t know what you’re doing.” 

Wayne released his last album, Tha Carter VI, in June 2025. It debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 with 108,000 units in its first week.
