Lil Uzi Vert learns verdict of assault case involving Saint JHN and ex-girlfriend

Lil Uzi Vert has learnt the outcome of his assault case following an incident in 2021 regarding the rapper, his ex-girlfriend and his fellow hip hop performer, Saint JHN, in Los Angeles.

Lil Uzi Vert has avoided serving any jail time for the incident on the condition that he serves three years of probation, one year in treatment for mental health and substance abuse, 52 weeks in domestic violence counselling, restitution and 10 years under a criminal protective order.

This long list of conditions comes after the rapper struck his ex-girlfriend, Brittany Byrd, while in a restaurant and subsequently threatened her by pressing a gun into her midriff. She was dining with Saint JHN at the time, and he was also threatened during the attack.

Byrd and Saint JHN were conducting a business meeting at the Los Angeles restaurant at the time when Lil Uzi Vert sped into the parking lot and stormed inside.

The Philadelphia native is no stranger to controversy but given the violent nature of his recent assault and the strict conditions of his verdict, it remains to be seen how his career will be impacted by the incident.

The ‘Neon Guts’ star entered a no contest plea, meaning that he accepts the conviction but wavers admission of guilt. As of yet, the rapper has not yet issued a public statement on the matter.
