Lil Uzi Vert sexual harassment lawsuit dismissed before going public

A lawsuit was recently filed against Lil Uzi Vert, alleging sexual harassment and workplace misconduct. However, it has since been dismissed.

Their former assistant claimed she suffered “emotional distress and mental anguish” and was subject to “unwelcome sexual demands and advances” while working with him on tour.

On November 6th, her attorney filed a request to dismiss the lawsuit without prejudice. This means the option is still there to re-file it another time.

According to Complex, Uzi and their company Uzivert, LLC, were named in the lawsuit alongside Roc Nation. Jane Doe claimed she first crossed paths with Uzi in 2022 after they were impressed by her service at a Balenciaga store in Los Angeles.

In the lawsuit, she included alleged text messages from Uzi, including, “I sent you sumthin on vanish,” “Come rub me down before you leave,” “I’m by myself right now send me something,” and “Let me see that booty.”

They also allegedly told her, “You are more than my assistant. You are my bitch.” She claimed she was expected to be reachable 24/7 and sometimes worked 30 hours straight.

Jane Doe alleged that she paid for meals, supplies, and other travel costs out of her own money. She claimed that when she approached Uzi’s manager, Amina Diop, for reimbursement or overtime pay, she was turned away.

Doe claimed she began therapy in January 2024 after experiencing emotional distress. She said that she was scared that if she rejected Uzi, who was allegedly “high on drugs, such as Xanax and OxyContin,” she would lose her job.

She resigned in 2025 and was seeking damages for sexual harassment, unpaid overtime, failure to reimburse expenses, and emotional and psychological harm.

Uzi released their latest album, Eternal Atake 2, in November 2024. It reached number three on the Billboard 200 chart.
