KSI and Lil Wayne link up for new song

KSI has teamed up with Lil Wayne for a brand new emo-tinged single called ‘Lose’.

Last month, YouTuber turned rapper KSI released his second album, All Over The Place, which featured collaborations with the likes of Craig David, Bugzy Malone, Lil Durk, Yungblud, Polo G and more. The record secured him with his first number one album in the UK to round things off, and he’s now got a single with Lil Wayne to celebrate.

Surprisingly, Lil Wayne doesn’t half-arse his role in the song, and rather than just delivering a verse, it’s a proper collaborative effort between the two artists.

Although KSI’s rapping still leaves something to be desired despite the illustrious team of ghostwriters operating alongside him, his talent behind the mic has improved significantly since he first took the plunge to rap.

Lil Wayne is undoubtedly the show-stealer on his verse and contributions to the choruses throughout ‘Lose’. On his verse, Wayne raps: “There’s plenty fish in the sea and I’m a shark, bitch, like Mark Cuban, You got me fallin’ for you, With no wings on, no parachute, Bring a star back for you, They say love’s a lost art, I draw that for you and I fall back for you.”
