Kim Kardashian may strip Kanye West of his child custody in court

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s relationship has been somewhat of a horror show since their divorce, and every year that goes by, there seems to be more the former couple vehemently disagree about. However, one thing that has been front and centre of every dispute is their children.

The ex-couple has four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West. Still, over the years, Kanye has claimed that his ex-wife weaponises their kids, excludes him from their lives and stops him from making decisions. That said, recently, it seems he has decided to take some form of revenge.

Over the past two years, the College Dropout creator has featured his children in his music and encouraged his oldest daughter, North, to take part. However, Kardashian disapproves of this decision.

Kanye recently released a track featuring the alleged rapist and abuser Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, which features the voice of North.

The new track, lasting four minutes and 44 seconds, was shared to Ye’s X account on March 15th, writing in the caption, “LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE new song by PUFF DADDY feat. His son KING COMBS my daughter NORTH WEST and new Yeezy artist from Chicago Jasmine Williams.”

Reportedly, Kanye promised his former wife it wouldn’t be released, but he has brazenly broken that promise, and now Kardashian is determined to strip West of any custody rights he may have had so he can never have access to their children again.

According to TMZ, The Kardashians star is debating whether or not to court to ask a judge to strip him of joint legal custody. The model and influencer recently requested an emergency hearing with both of their lawyers, a neutral mediator, and a judge. However, by law, changes to custody can only be made when West is present, but when asked, he chose not to attend the private hearing.

Still, although he did not attend the meeting, it is unknown what he intends to do and what legal options Kardashian has at her disposal.
