Kanye West threatens “war” with Kim Kardashian over new song with daughter and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Over the weekend, Kanye West released a new song called ‘Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine’ featuring his daughter, North West, and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The Bad Boy rapper is currently on trial for charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force and transportation for purposes of prostitution.

The new track, lasting four minutes and 44 seconds, was shared to Ye’s X account on March 15th, writing in the caption, “LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE new song by PUFF DADDY feat. His son KING COMBS my daughter NORTH WEST and new Yeezy artist from Chicago Jasmine Williams.”

11-year-old North West raps in the song, “When you see me shining, then you see the light.” However, Kim Kardashian isn’t happy about her appearance on the record alongside Combs.

Kanye shared screenshots of an iMessage conversation between him and his ex-wife, telling her, “I’m never speaking with you again.”

Kardashian replied, “I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her. So stop. I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her. One person has to trademark!”

She also claimed they agreed to trademark all of their children’s names when they were born “so no one else would take them.” Kanye responded, “Amend it or I’m going to war. And neither of us will recover from the public fallout. You’re going to have to kill me.”

In the song, Combs says in a phone call, “I wanna just thank you so much for just taking care of my kids, man. Ain’t nobody reach out to them, ain’t nobody call them.” West says back to him, “Absolutely, I love you so much, man. You raised me. Even when I ain’t know you, know what I’m saying?”
