Kanye West breaks silence on “fantasy fiction” sexual assault allegations
Kanye West was sued by his former personal assistant last week, accusing him of assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment and more. Now, the Chicago rapper has responded to the claims.
Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for Ye between 2021 and 2022, first sued him in 2024, alleging he sent her inappropriate texts and videos before firing her. In a second amended complaint, she claimed Kanye kissed her on the mouth and asked questions about her genitals.
Pisciotta says he masturbated and touched her genital area before falling asleep mid-sentence. Later, he allegedly showed up at her hotel room demanding to use the shower, claiming he pinned her down on the bed and forced his penis into her mouth.
In response to the claims, a Yeezy spokesperson told Page Six, “Lauren Pisciotta’s amended complaint is the fourth version she has advanced. Each new revision contradicts the others; each is more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined. Does Ms Pisciotta actually believe her confabulations? We cannot know. But this breathless new instalment of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present and future testimony.
“The Courts are no place to indulge delusions and mental disturbances. We stand ready to annihilate Ms Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury — an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming.”
In response to the statement, Pisciotta’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, said to the Daily Mail, “While Kanye West’s publicist has come up with a slickly worded (and outrageously false and defamatory) attack on Ms Pisciotta, Kanye himself has publicly admitted much of what she’s claiming.
“Kanye’s publicist is deafeningly silent on Kanye’s own admissions, which will destroy him in court. We look forward to seeing him there, where he cannot hide behind a high priced spin team.”
