Kanye West’s former personal assistant accuses star of sex trafficking and more

New legal documents show that Kanye West‘s former personal assistant has accused the musician of assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment and more.

Lauren Pisciotta originally sued West, who now goes by the name Ye, in 2024 after he allegedly sent her inappropriate texts and videos before firing her. Pisciotta was Ye’s assistant between 2021 and 2022. This week, she filed a second amended complaint, which included the new and severe accusations, TMZ reports.

Pisciotta included details of a business trip to a hotel in San Francisco. There, West made unwanted advances towards his personal assistant. Though she tried to fend him off, she says that he kissed her on the mouth. After this, he asked questions about her genitals.

According to the legal documents, West apparently then masturbated and touched her genital area before falling asleep mid-sentence as he was chatting to her. After this happened, he allegedly showed up to her hotel room to demand to use the shower; Pisciotta then revealed that he pinner her down on the bed and allegedly forced his penis into her mouth despite her begging and pleading for the rapper to stop. She reports being frozen “in shock and fear.” He eventually stopped, apologised, and left the room.

She also goes on to report that West offered her as a sexual gift to someone, in exchange for West having sex with that person’s significant other. According to Pisciotta, this was not uncommon, as he “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men.”

Her first amended complaint was filed in May. In it, Pisciotta alleged that West drugged her at a studio session co-hosted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, whose own legal case has just concluded and who was found guilty on two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking.

Recently, West has had his Australian visa revoked. The decision to block the rapper from entering the country was made due to the release of an antisemitic song called ‘Heil Hitler’ in May.
