Kanye West allegedly accused Kim Kardashian of faking gunpoint robbery

Kim Kardashian was the victim of a gunpoint robbery in Paris in 2016. However, she claims her ex-husband, Kanye West, accused her of faking the incident.

Earlier this year, eight people were found guilty of participating in the burglary, which involved $10 million worth of jewellery being stolen.

The four people who carried out the heist during Paris Fashion Week were sentenced to up to eight years in prison. A total of 10 people were accused of being part of the operation.

During a new episode of The Kardashians, Kim tearfully alleges that Kanye accused her of lying about the whole thing for publicity.

“My ex-husband had said, ‘And you faked your robbery for a TV show,’ and had said that in front of all these people,” she says in a clip. “That was a knife to my heart.”

She continued, “Just to think that someone wouldn’t believe you – that’s so close to you, that should know you, that should know how much that affected your life – it just really bothered me. You don’t know who I am.”

The case went to trial in May, and justice was served, giving Kim peace of mind after people doubted her allegations.

“To finally be able to go to trial and face these people and hear their accounts and apologies, I’m like, ‘See, guys. It was real,'” she said. “I’m happy it’s over.”

In a statement following the verdict, Kim said she was “deeply grateful to the French authorities for pursuing justice in this case.”

She added, “The crime was the most terrifying experience of my life, leaving a lasting impact on me and my family. While I’ll never forget what happened, I believe in the power of growth and accountability and pray for healing for all. I remain committed to advocating for justice, and promoting a fair legal system.”
