Julia Fox regrets relationship with Kanye West: “I hate it”
After a lawsuit was levelled against Kanye West surrounding his alleged sexual assault of his assistant, actor Julia Fox has gone on record expressing her discomfort being around the famous rapper.
The suit, filed on October 11th, alleged that West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, had been drugged and sexually assaulted while at one of Diddy’s parties that Kanye attended. She alleges in the lawsuit that West admitted to the alleged incident in private. West is yet to comment on the filing, but previously labelled Pisciotta’s allegations “baseless” through a legal representative.
When discussing her past relationship with West, Fox said that she regretted being associated with him, saying to The Times, “I regret that relationship so much. I hate it! It was only a few weeks but enough to last me a lifetime. I was in probably the most uncomfortable position in my life and that’s saying a lot. I don’t want to be known for being anyone’s girlfriend.”
While Fox had been with West for a couple of months, she also claimed they never had sex during their relationship. After confirming their relationship in February, 2022, the pair would cut things off in March of the same year.
Aside from West’s behaviour, Fox was also uncomfortable being known as the girlfriend of a celebrity, saying, “It wasn’t my idea for it to go public. If anything, I was like, ‘We should wait,’ and then boom, it was done behind my back. I realised pretty quickly I was being used as a pawn.”
Fox also said that she decided to end her relationship with West due to her commitment to her son, who she considers the “guiding force” of her life. Furthermore, Fox alleges they eventually broke up because she refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement given to her by Ye. However, she has since said that she holds no real resentment against West, thinking that it was better to “forgive and move on.”
Ever since then, West has been seen primarily with wife, Bianca Censori, whomhe married in late 2022. In light of the recent allegations surrounding the alleged assault of his assistant, many alleged details have come out regarding his relationship with Censori, including text messages expressing his desire to have sex with her mother and for her to be there watching.
The report also claimed that in the Yeezy offices, various beds were set up and that West was known to have sex with various employees. West is yet to respond to the new allegations.
