Kanye West accused of drugging and raping former assistant Lauren Pisciotta at Diddy party
Kanye West‘s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has accused the rapper of drugging and raping her in a new lawsuit.
The lawsuit was filed on October 11th. The 88-page document makes many severe accusations against West, who is yet to respond to the allegations made against him by Pisciotta. She served as his personal assistant from 2021 until 2022.
Before working with West, Pisciotta says she attended a party that he co-hosted with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in Santa Monica. Allegedly, West passed her a beverage and told all of the guests they needed to drink if they wanted to stay at the event.
In the legal filing, which has been obtained by the Daily Mail, Pisciotta claims that after a few sips of the drink, she “suddenly started to feel disorientated and… began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state.”
The legal document continued: “She felt less in control of her body and speech and that is where [her] memories of the night escape her.”
Pisciotta says in the filing that the following day, she was “ashamed and embarrassed” because she did not remember what happened at the party. The social media influencer and model also claimed she only learned years later why her client “was too traumatized and disturbed to speak about that night”.
The lawsuit claims that Pisciotta believed for several years that she had been drugged by a studio assistant and had managed to escape from the situation without being sexually assaulted. However, the filing alleges that West told her what actually occurred shortly before she was fired from her job in November 2022.
According to the lawsuit, West had become angry following a remark made by his ex-wife, who isn’t named in the case, about an alleged affair between the rapper and Pisciotta.

Pisciotta claims she intended to tell West’s ex-wife that nothing intimate ever happened between her and the rapper before he allegedly stopped her from doing so. She states in the filing that he told her, “We did kind of hook up a little one time.”
The lawsuit alleges: “(West) then immediately proceeded to reminisce about the time he was referring to… where he ‘hooked up’ with (Pisciotta) after she had been drugged”.
In the lawsuit, it’s also alleged by Pisciotta that West told his ex-wife that he had “hooked up” with his former assistant but “left out the true nature and severity of what he did to (her)”.
The filing describes West as “predatory, aggressive, compulsive, vulgar, perverse, and frighteningly calculative”.
The lawsuit also alleges some of the various forms of vulgar behaviour Ye got into behind the scenes at his company. Outside of Pisciotta’s claims, the allegations suggest that West was a “premeditative and sadistic groomer” and used his image to feed his desires for sexual pleasure with no boundaries to speak of.
While at the Yeezy offices, the document claims that West would have sex with various employees with different guests. This also included staff creating makeshift bedrooms throughout the office, including various beds being placed throughout the premises, from closets to bathrooms and changing rooms.
Piscotti also claimed that West’s sexual desires extended towards members of his extended family. In a text conversation, the rapper shared with Piscotti that he had talked to his wife, Bianca Censori, about his desire to have sex with her mother and for her to be there in the room and watch him.
Furthermore, Pisciotta’s lawsuit alleges that West sent her a string of text messages about sexual encounters. She also claimed that he used his contacts at big companies to bring women into the United States with “obscure job titles” who were then “offered up” to men.
She alleges that West attempted to “gift” her to an unnamed A-list celebrity who allegedly informed Pisciotta of the rapper’s comments.
West’s mood swings were allegedly referenced in the lawsuit. It’s claimed that he’d often go through periods of clean living where he’d ban swearing and alcohol and also demand that all women in his office cover up from head-to-toe to be “God-like”.
The lawsuit also says of West’s alleged intimidatory behaviour: “Ye is no stranger to bullying, harassment, public humiliation, tantrums, and other scare tactics.”
After Pisciotta first accused West of misconduct in June, he strongly denied the accusations. A representative for the musician told Billboard: “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected.”
