Judge rejects Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ request to dismiss sexual assault lawsuit

A judge has rejected Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs after attempting to dismiss a sexual assault lawsuit.

In July 2025, Combs was sued by a man who claims the rapper masturbated into one of Biggie Smalls’ shirts in front of him.

On March 11th, The Mirror reported that the judge shut down his request to dismiss the lawsuit.

While the lawsuit was initially filed anonymously, music producer Jonathan Hay later revealed that he filed the suit. Hay claims the incident took place in September 2020 during a listening session for a Biggie project.

He alleges that Combs pushed him into taking ketamine at a Los Angeles warehouse where Biggie’s old clothes were stored. The lawsuit claims that Hay and Combs were alone when the rapper allegedly started watching porn.

Combs is accused of grabbing a Biggie shirt and masturbating, before telling Hay to “finish” him off and orgasming into the shirt. Hay claims Combs laughed, threw the shirt onto his lap and said, “RIP Biggie.”

The 56-year-old has denied all allegations against him through his attorney, Jonathan Davis. “As Mr Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus,” he said. “Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone.”

Davis added, “He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided – and not in the media – based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”
