Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of molesting 14-year-old during Biggie Smalls video shoot
A new lawsuit filed against Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs accuses the Bad Boy rapper of sexually assaulting a 14 or 15-year-old girl 30 years ago. The lawsuit, filed by lawyer Jordan Merson, was one of many suits launched on Friday as the lookback window closed on otherwise expired claims linked to New York City’s Gender Motivated Violence Act.
A woman named Billie Cummings claims she was molested by Combs at a shoot for a Biggie Smalls music video in 1995. She alleges Combs grabbed her vagina on set while the ‘Hypnotize’ rapper was filming for a song in New York.
This is one of several lawsuits Merson filed against Combs last week, including one on behalf of Latasha Forbes, who claims she was 17 when Combs allegedly raped her at the Bad Boy Records offices in New York in 1994.
In another lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone, an anonymous woman says she was 16 when Combs allegedly assaulted her in 1993; at the time, she thought she was auditioning as a backup dancer in Long Island. She believes Combs laced her drink, waking up in a car with signs she had been ”severely damaged and brutalised” in a sexual assault.
Making the Band contestant Sara Rivers filed a $60million lawsuit, alleging Combs sexually harassed her and stroked her breasts while filming the MTV show. After rejecting Combs, she claims he retaliated and threatened to blackball her from the music industry.
Despite no comment from Combs himself, his legal team once again denied the allegations against him. “This is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs,” they said in a statement.
It continued, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.”
Aspiring artist Seven Güzel also sued Combs, claiming he groomed and raped her many times after meeting in 2017. Güzel says Combs lavished her with praise, used his power to influence her career and gave her drugs and alcohol.
