Joe Rogan reacts to claims Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs poisoned Jamie Foxx

After Jamie Foxx was hospitalised in 2023, wild and unsupported claims were thrown around that Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs was the person at the root of his bad health. During a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the show’s namesake addressed reports of the alleged poisoning.

“Jamie Foxx just recently said that P Diddy poisoned him and that’s why he got that stroke,” the comic said during his podcast. “He talked about it on stage. He said it … Holy shit, he talked about it on his Netflix special.”

Rogan’s comments address eyewitness claims that Jamie Foxx said Diddy was responsible for his medical emergency during tapings of his upcoming Netflix special, What Had Happened Was.

When it was suggested his words could simply be a joke, Rogan said, “It’s possible, that’s totally possible, but it’s also possible he was explaining why he wound up going to hospital, and he hasn’t talked about it since. He never talked about it.”

A source close to Diddy told the Daily Mail that “there is no truth to Sean Combs putting Jamie Foxx in the hospital.”

Celebrity security guard Big Homie CC claimed in an interview with Cam Capone News, “I know [Combs] poisoned Jamie Foxx, and Jamie Foxx reported him to the FBI because of it… Jamie Foxx reported this man to the FBI because of this.”

Videographer Choke No Joke also told Comedy Hype, “I went to the taping of it. It was three days taping. I went to the first show; I went to the last show. Diddy was responsible for what happened to him, and [Foxx] is the one who called the FBI on [Combs].”

Rogan also brought up that Diddy has allegedly been involved in murders after people died of pneumonia. “Bro, I think there were some crazy shit going on,” he said. “I think murders, there’s alleged murders, a bunch of people who got pneumonia, a bunch of convenient people who died of pneumonia.”

Foxx initially revealed he was clueless about what happened to him after being released from the hospital. “April 11th last year, I had a bad headache, asked my boy for an Advil, I was gone for 20 days. I don’t remember anything,” he said.

What Had Happened Was is set to be released on Netflix on December 10th.
