Jay-Z rape accuser is scared now that the rapper knows her real identity

Jay-Z has come back with a vengeance after being dropped as a defendant in the rape case filed by Jane Doe last October. The case was initially filed by Tony Buzbee and was aimed at Sean’ Diddy’ Combs. However, after an amendment in December 2024, Jay-Z’s name was included in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleged that Jay-Z and Sean’ Diddy’ Combs raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000. The unnamed plaintiff alleged that in 2000, she was driven to a VMAs afterparty hosted by Combs, where he and Jay-Z are alleged to have raped her.

In response to these allegations, Jay-Z expressed anger on multiple occasions and accused Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee of blackmail and extortion. However, on February 14th, the lawsuit accusing Combs and Jay-Z of rape was dropped by the woman who filed it initially.

The court records showed that the Jane Doe chose to voluntarily dismiss the case against all the defendants “with prejudice,” meaning she now has no right to re-file the lawsuit. Still, Jay-Z was angered that he even had to fight the case in the first place and proceeded to sue Tony Buzbee.

In a statement, the black Album creator claimed the “public statements about me and accusations against me have caused me harm.” He continued, “People have said, “I can’t wait until you join [Combs] in prison. Then later in hell.’ Other comments have accused me of being a ‘satanist,’ a ‘trafficker,’ a ‘terrorist,’ and a ‘monster,’ called me the N-word and threatened violence against me and my wife, including to ‘kill’ or ‘execute’ us.”

Still, Jay isn’t just going after Tony Buzbee; he is also going all-out on Jane Doe, who brought the original claim. On March 3rd, Jay filed a lawsuit against the female whose identity is still unknown to the public, making it clear that he is now aware of the plaintiff’s real identity.

Shortly after he filed the lawsuit, the anonymous female spoke out and released a statement revealing she felt unsafe. Furthermore, she has told TMZ that she has been bullied by members of the rapper’s legal team. The unidentified female has made it clear that due to her anonymity Jay-Z should not have been able to find out her real identity but is “intimidated” by how quickly Jay-Z has been able to find and pressure her. She even confirmed that Jay’s lawyers know where she lives.

Following an NBC interview in December 2024, in which Jane Doe spoke about the alleged rape, many knew that the case would not go to trial with Jay-Z’s name due to the multiple discrepancies. However, it has come as a surprise to the accuser that Jay-Z has been able to find her identity, address and she is now “terrified.”
