Kanye West has said many incendiary things over the years and has made a lot of enemies in hip-hop and outside of the culture. The Chicago producer, entrepreneur and designer recently announced that his upcoming collaborative album, Vulture, with Ty Dolla $ign, will be released in three volumes.
However, the three separate volumes clash with other releases. Set to have a staggered release, Vultures will arrive on streaming platforms on February 9th, followed by March 8th, and another on April 5th. Unfortunately for Ye, the second instalment clashes with the upcoming fourth studio album from Bleachers.
The rock band, headed by Jack Antonoff, have been gearing up to release their self-titled fourth project since last year, and the Grammy-Award-winning rock singer, who is of Jewish descent, is not impressed with Kanye’s controversial antics, relationships, and antisemitism.
Taking to Twitter/X, after realising the date clash, Antonoff addressed Kanye, writing, “Kanye on bleachers release date is hilarious little cry baby b*tch!” However, he is not the only person unhappy with Ye.
In December last year, West took to social media to issue a blanket apology to the Jewish community, written in Hebrew, which many found condescending, patronising and disingenuous. Furthermore, earlier this year, he was caught on camera at a listening party lecturing the attendees about Zionism.
Most recently, a random man approached Ye and his wife Bianca Censori in Los Angeles and launched a verbal attack on West, screaming, “You ain’t sh*t, boy!!!. He thinks he’s so smart, so new, so nifty. You ain’t sh*t, boy!” The man is still unknown to many.
Bleachers frontman Antonoff, is also a close friend and collaborator of Taylor Swift, who has been under attack by West for years. You can see his hate-fuelled tweet about Ye below.
