Eminem teases new track for ‘Venom 2’ soundtrack

Eminem has announced a new collaborative track for the upcoming Venom sequel.

Back in 2018, Slim contributed his track ‘Venom’ from Kamikaze to the franchise’s first film, and now it appears that his music will be making an appearance in the upcoming, Venom: Let There Be Carnage after he shared a clip on social media.

Eminem has uploaded an 18-second instrumental of a new effort which sees him join forces with Skylar Grey, Polo G and Mozzy over the top of a graphic that features the Venom 2 logo. Previously, Mozzy’s manager confirmed that he’d been in the studio alongside Polo G and Eminem.

There has been some speculation that Eminem is lining up to release an album on October 1st, but as Venom 2 hits cinemas on that very same day, it’s likely that it will just be this one collaborative song that arrives rather than a complete LP.

Shady’s last album came last year when he released Music To Be Murdered By, which he followed up later in 2020 with Music to Be Murdered By – Side B.

Meanwhile, Eminem has named his new Detroit merch store ‘The Trailer’ in an ode to his background. The gift shop features in his meme-ready restaurant, ‘Mom’s Spaghetti’.

“Mom’s Spaghetti it’s alllllll ready Detroit!” he wrote in the caption announcing the venture on Twitter. “Come thru Wednesday. Info on the site.”
