Having already surprised fans by unlocking his 2009 ‘Crack a Bottle’ video from the vault, Eminem has now unveiled another secret ahead of his upcoming album, Curtain Call 2.
In a buildup to the album’s August 5th release date, Eminem took to Twitter recently to announce what he declared is the “OFFICIAL TRACKLIST” of this forthcoming greatest hits compilation album.
Of course, his more well-known hits such as ‘Lose Yourself’ and ‘Crack a Bottle’ are featured on the list. However, the album will also include lesser-known gems such as ‘The King and I’ with CeeLo and ‘Headlights’ with Nate Ruess.
Curtain Call 2 is the sequel to 2005’s Curtain Call: The Hits album, which, with 1.2 million sales in its first three weeks of release, was certified Diamond by the RIAA in the United States and eight times platinum in the UK.
Curtain Call 2 will only include songs released from 2009 onwards, allowing the artist to showcase his more recent music. Recent releases include songs such as ‘From The D 2 The LBC,’ a recent collaboration the artist undertook with California rapper Snoop Dogg.
However, although the project will feature some songs known to a lesser extent, there is no doubt that Curtain Call 2 is a star-studded project with the likes of Bruno Mars, Rihanna, P!nk, Snoop Dogg, Juice Wrld, Kehlani, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Ed Sheeran, Lil Wayne, Ceelo Green, Gwen Stefani and all featuring.
