Dr Dre’s new girlfriend confirms relationship with Compton rapper
The woman Dr Dre is dating has confirmed their relationship.
In April, the NWA rapper was rumoured to be seeing The Valley star Michelle Saniei after they were spotted together in Malibu, California.
Speaking to People, Saniei has revealed she is, in fact, romantically involved with Dre, but they are keeping things out of the spotlight for now.
“We’re spending time together and we love being in each other’s company,” she said. “For now, we’re just keeping everything super private. I’m just living my life.”
Dre and Saniei were seen holding hands at the Nobu restaurant, with Dre photographed in an all-black outfit and Saniei in a black leather trench, miniskirt, and boots.
The 61-year-old rapper finalised his $100 million divorce from Nicole Young in June 2020 after 24 years of marriage, making Saniei his first public relationship since.
Saniei stars in the Bravo show The Valley and became single after her ex, Aaron Nosler, reportedly ended their relationship in July 2025. She claimed he was looking for a “fitness girl.”
Discussing their split, she said, “I think in the beginning you get so scared, ‘Did I make the right choice and is this best for myself and my child?’ But now looking back, I feel like everything I did was the best decision for myself and for my daughter, and I have no regrets on that part. I’m truly happy with where life is taking me.”
She added, “I try not to really have a relationship with him unless it has to be about our daughter. We won’t text, we won’t see each other unless like Isabella has a school function, then we’ll go and we’ll sit next to each other.”
