Three men accuse Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of drugging and raping them in new lawsuits
Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been hit with several new lawsuits claiming he drugged and raped three men in 2019 and 2020. The incidents allegedly occurred at separate hotels in Manhattan, New York City, as well as his property in the Hamptons.
The lawsuits were filed in the New York Supreme Court on December 12th, claiming Combs gave the alleged victims alcoholic drinks that were spiked and caused them to lose consciousness. Upon waking up, they allegedly found Combs anally penetrating them. All three men filed their lawsuits anonymously, claiming they had been threatened by Combs in the past.
First reported by TMZ, one man claims he was an “errand boy” for Bad Boy Records in February 2020 when he was raped at the InterContinental New York Times Square. After becoming conscious during the alleged attack, Combs apparently told him to stop resisting. The lawsuit claims that shortly before ejaculating, Combs said he was “almost done” and claimed he would look like an “idiot” if he reported the incident to the police.
Another man says he was drugged and raped during a party at the Park Hyatt in 2019, recalling a “brief moment of consciousness” where he saw “a man and a woman sitting on the bed recording the rape on a camera.” Following the alleged incident, he claims he was handed $2,500 from someone on behalf of Combs.
Then, in 2020, a third man claims he attended a party at Combs’ estate in the Hamptons. After drinking at the event, he alleges he became ill and lost consciousness, with the lawsuit claiming he had been drugged by Combs. He says Combs and some of his Bad Boy associates took turns sodomising and anally raping him. When he woke up the next day, he alleges he was surrounded by people and felt “severe pain in his anus.”
Combs’ attorneys immediately responded to the lawsuits, stating, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
The rapper is currently detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, with his trial set to begin on May 5th, 2025.
