Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sodomising stuntman

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted a Robocop stuntman while luring him to star in a music video.

The shocking lawsuit is one of several new complaints filed by Tony Buzbee against the Bad Boy founder this week.

According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, a man claims Combs arranged to meet up with him at a hotel in New York City for what he believed was an audition. However, after declining alcohol and accepting a Diet Coke, he alleges that he began feeling dizzy and nauseous, believing the drink to be spiked.

After regaining consciousness, the man claims he woke up to find Combs sodomising him, recalling flashbacks of the rapper’s chest tattoo and gold cross necklace. He also says Combs’ bodyguard and another man began assaulting him while laughing and flashing cameras at him. The man alleges he escaped the hotel in shock, with someone apparently saying, “Hope you had fun” on his way out.

When he got home, the claimant claimed he found a used condom inside him. The alleged assault left him physically and emotionally scarred, which included rectal bleeding and a broken tooth.

“Once back at home, Plaintiff tried to put the event out of his mind, but was reminded of it when he painfully defecated a used condom and realised he was bleeding rectally,” the complaint reads. “When the bleeding did not stop for a couple of days, Plaintiff visited a local clinic and then a proctologist, who repaired Plaintiff’s a*** with a laser procedure.”

The story is another shocking allegation against Combs, who is awaiting trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn for sex trafficking, racketeering and the creation of a criminal enterprise. He pled not guilty to the charges and has been denied bail on two occasions, with his trial set to begin on May 5th, 2025.

“Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process,” his lawyers said in October. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
