Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son accused of dodging father’s sexual assault lawsuit

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs’ son has been accused of avoiding his father’s sexual assault lawsuit. Producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones filed a suit against Combs in February 2024, alleging sex trafficking, drug distribution and other serious misconduct, which was amended to include the Bad Boy rapper’s son, Justin, and actor Cuba Gooding Jr, in March.

Jones claimed that Combs forced him to procure sex workers and pressured him to engage in sex acts with them. Justin allegedly helped facilitate some of the activities described in the complaint, while Gooding was accused of sexual assault and misconduct.

According to AllHipHop, his team claims they have attempted to serve Justin and Gooding at addresses in California and Florida, but they cannot be reached. They argue that both men intentionally avoid service and have asked the court to allow service by publication under New York law, suggesting putting notices in The New York Times and Los Angeles Times.

Process servers were allegedly blocked by security at a gated Los Angeles apartment complex in an attempt to reach Justin; they were also told at a Beverly Hills address that he had moved without forwarding information. Then, it’s claimed guards and locked gates in Miami Beach stopped attempts to serve him at two Star Island properties.

The suit alleges Gooding “began touching, groping, and fondling Mr Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders.” Jones allegedly “was extremely uncomfortable and proceeded to lean away from Mr Gooding Jr. He rejected his advances, and Mr Gooding Jr did not stop until Mr Jones forcibly pushed him away.”

Jones’s attorneys said the incident happened on a yacht rented by Combs in the US Virgin Islands in January 2023. Despite the claims, Gooding has not been charged with any crime.

Combs is currently jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force and transportation for purposes of prostitution. His trial is set to begin on May 5th.
