Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and bodyguards accused of sexually assaulting teen in new lawsuit

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been hit with a further lawsuit alleging sexual misconduct, this time also involving his bodyguards. Three men and two women have come forward, claiming Combs drugged and sexually assaulted them in a number of alleged incidents dating back to 2001.

The suits were filed by Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee and California co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale on November 19th. The legal documents say one woman, when she was 17 years old, was threatened and sexually assaulted by Combs and his bodyguards at a July 4th party in the Hamptons in 2004.

She also alleges that she became disorientated after taking a sip of a cocktail and woke up wearing no underwear while experiencing “throbbing pains in her vaginal and anal areas.”

Elsewhere, a male accuser, according to Rolling Stone, alleges he was invited to an after-party at Combs’ home in Florida after meeting one of his associates at a Miami club in 2022. He claims Combs gave him a drink and took him to a bedroom where the rapper demanded sexual dances for them by two women. The man said that after losing consciousness, Combs was sexually assaulting him.

Another woman claims she was drugged and forced to perform oral sex on Combs and his bodyguards in a limousine following a Halloween party in Manhattan in 2001.

A second man, who was 39 at the time, says he blacked out after drinking alcohol given to him at a Combs party in New York City in 2022. He allegedly woke up in a dark bedroom to find Combs penetrating him, before fighting Combs off and leaving the property.

Finally, a third man claims he was assaulted by Combs and another male while auditioning for a music video in 2001, alleging he was drugged and held down by bodyguards as Combs assaulted him.

Combs has already denied the claims through his representatives. “As his legal team has said before, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” a statement read.

The Bad Boy Founder has been jailed in Brooklyn since his arrest on September 16th. He’s facing over two dozen lawsuits of predatory behaviour.

He is set to face trial in May 2025 and denies all accusations of wrongdoing. Combs plans to plead not guilty to the charges.
