Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexually assaulting 16-year-old high school student

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a 16-year-old in a new lawsuit. In documents filed on January 13th, the anonymous woman claims she was walking home from a babysitting job in lower Manhattan in 2000 when the alleged incident occurred.

In the lawsuit, filed in Manhattan, the woman alleges she worked as a babysitter at an apartment building where “a well-known woman whom the defendant was in a relationship also resided.” She claims that after leaving the apartment to go home to her parents home, which was just around the corner, Combs spoke to her while sitting in an SUV.

“Combs engaged her in conversation, asking where she was going so late at night, and that it was not safe for her to be walking alone,” the lawsuit says, according to Rolling Stone. The woman claims she told Combs that she lived nearby and would be fine walking back, but the rapper allegedly persisted and convinced her to get inside the car.

The lawsuit continues, “Getting into Combs’ car that day was something plaintiff would come to regret forever. During the ride, plaintiff became scared when they did not drop her off at home as promised. The defendant gave her a drink to ‘calm her down.’ She soon became groggy and unsteady.”

She claims a male driver and another man were in the car with Combs, driving her to a location “where plaintiff was raped by Combs.” Following the alleged incident, “she was eventually taken home and left in the lobby of her building by the same driver.”

Combs is facing lawsuits from over 40 people who have accused him of sexual misconduct and assault. He’s currently jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on sex trafficking and racketeering charges ahead of his trial on May 5th.

His legal team have denied the woman’s claims. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement read.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
