Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of dangling woman off 17th-story balcony

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been sued for $10 million over alleged sexual and physical assault, with claims he dangled a woman over a 17th-story balcony. Fashion designer Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan has alleged she was molested by the Bad Boy founder and that Combs’ former partner, Cassie Ventura, was repeatedly abused by him.

Bongolan detailed the alleged near-death experience, dating the incident back to September 26th, 2016 following one of his infamous parties, also known as “freak-offs.”

According to the Daily Mail, Bongolan and her girlfriend were sleeping at Cassie’s apartment when she claims a drunken Combs banged on the door “violently” and forced his way into the bedroom.

While her girlfriend hid in the bathroom, Bongolan headed to the balcony where Combs apparently followed. He allegedly touched her breasts as she tried to push him off and told him to leave, only for him to grab her and hang her over the edge of the balcony.

Combs is claimed to have lifted her onto the banister and shouted, “Do you know what the fuck you did?” the lawsuit claimed. “He immediately lifted her up higher and higher over the 17th floor balcony of [Cassie]’s apartment with only Combs’ grip keeping her from falling to her death.”

His ex-girlfriend, Cassie, allegedly heard the noise and left her bedroom to scream at Combs to stop. “Recognising the threat of so many witnesses to his assault, Combs pulled Ms Bongolan back over the balcony,” the lawsuit claimed. “But he did not release her. In a last fit of violence, he slammed Ms Bongolan onto the balcony’s patio furniture, including a table.”

Bongolan filed the lawsuit after deciding she wanted to take back control of the frightening situation, stating the incident left “deep and lasting harm” but that she “refuses to allow this fear to control the rest of her life.”

The lawsuit continued, “The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorise them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety. It should be no surprise that is exactly what happened to Ms Bongolan.”

In her own lawsuit against Combs, Cassie referenced the same alleged incident, stating he lifted a woman over the balcony “like a child.” Combs is currently detained after being charged with sex trafficking and racketeering, with his trial set to begin on May 5th, 2025. He denies all charges.
