Chris Brown sued for allegedly drugging and raping a woman

A woman is suing Chris Brown for $20m for allegedly drugging and raping her on a yacht.

The property was docked at a property in Miami reportedly owned by P Diddy when the alleged incident took place. She has chosen to remain anonymous and is named Jane Doe in the lawsuit.

Doe is a professional choreographer, dancer, model and musician who was invited to the yacht on 30th December last year along with a male friend. Brown took the phone from him while he was on the phone to her and said, “he had heard about her music and urged her to head over to Diddy’s home on Star Island as soon as possible”.

The lawsuit says that he gave Doe a drink while on the yacht and then “offered her tips about starting a career in the music industry”. It alleges he then refilled her cup, which made her feel “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep”.

She was then allegedly taken to a bedroom where Brown refused to let her leave, undressed and raped her, and also ejaculated inside her then said: “he was ‘done'”. The singer reportedly demanded Doe take an emergency contraceptive pill the next day.

Brown has responded to the allegations on his Instagram Stories and told fans, “I HOPE YALL SEE THIS PATTERN OF 🧢 [lying] whenever I’m releasing music or projects, ‘THEY’ try to pull some real bullshit.”

Meanwhile, it was recently revealed he would not be facing criminal charges for the alleged case of battery that took place in June.

Brown had been under investigation by the police after a woman alleged the R&B singer had “smacked the back of her head so hard her weave came off”.

Per TMZ, police were called to a scene at Brown’s home in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles County, California. The alleged victim showed no evidence of injury.
