Cardi B shares brutal takedown of Donald Trump supporters

With the results of the US presidential election confirmed, Cardi B took to social media to express her views on Donald Trump and his supporters. The ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper made an appearance at Kamala Harris’ Milwaukee rally last week and endorsed the Democratic Party ahead of the nation taking to the polling stations.

That said, when the Invasion of Privacy creator began to see the election results taking shape, she had some harsh words for Trump supporters and responded to a fan who wrote, “Cardi, we need you at the Trump inauguration.”

Speaking to Donald Trump fans during an Instagram Live, Cardi stated, “I swear to god I’m gonna f*ck you up, get away from me. I’m sick of you! Burn you’re f*cking hats, motherf*cker. I’m really sad. I swear to god, I’m really sad.”

The female emcee admitted that despite her loss, she’s still “proud” Kamala Harris, stating, “No matter what, I know that she’s probably emotional right now. I know there’s probably a lot going on in her mind, and I know she’s not listening to this, but she will eventually see it.”

Cardi added that it was especially admirable for a woman of colour to contest Donald Trump so successfully, declaring, “I just hope she knows no matter what happened tonight, millions of people are proud of her. Women around the world are proud of her. women of colour are proud of her.”

She continued, “When I looked at her face and she was talking to me, I thought she was very genuine and not playing any f*cking games. She had 100 days to do all of this, and she woke this nation up. I feel there were a lot of things that went wrong last year, and they kept her too much in the background.”

The ‘Bongos’ rhymer insisted that the 2024 US election has been unforgettable and that Kamala holds a special place in her heart, concluding, “I’m proud of her, and I hope she’s proud of herself no matter what happens tonight. This is one of the most unforgettable elections, and I love her. I don’t say I love a lot of people; y’all know that. Because I hate everybody.”

Politics is highly divisive in the US, and many figures, including artists such as Lord Jamar of Brand Nubian, insisted during the race that it was not in the interest of Black or Hispanic people to vote for Kamala Harris and many other MCs have expressed this sentiment.
