Cardi B gets into heated argument with Stefon Diggs in Maryland
Cardi B got into a heated argument with Stefon Diggs this week.
The rapper and NFL player reunited over the weekend for Mother’s Day, despite reportedly breaking up following the birth of their child.
However, in the days that followed, a video surfaced of Cardi raging at Diggs in public while he stood by his car.
The video was taken outside a coffee shop and gym in Burtonsville, Maryland, on March 13th. Cardi took to social media later that day to address the clip, making light of the incident by claiming she was hangry.
“Sometimes I forget I’m a celebrity,” she wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “Damn y’all ain’t never cuss your babydad out when you hungry?”
Cardi and Diggs started dating in early 2025, with the rapper giving birth to a baby boy in November.
However, they reportedly broke up just days before the Super Bowl, which Diggs lost as a player for the New England Patriots.
A source told Us Weekly, “They are always so up and down. This isn’t the first time they have broken up. Cardi is single and putting herself out there again. She feels free. He betrayed her so many times. Her friends have been trying to show her that he is not right for her and that she deserved better.”
This week, it was reported that they were exploring getting back together.
“Cardi and Stefon are giving things another shot,” an insider said. “She is giving him a second chance, but is not fully committing to him. They’ve been in closer contact lately. Things are no longer contentious. She still has love for Stefon, which makes it difficult to walk away.”
