Bun B reveals he was "thoroughly impressed" by Drake's tour

Former UGK member and Houston legend Bun B recently took to social media urging fans to see Drake live after he caught Drake on his tour in Dallas at the American Airlines Centre on September 14th.

The musician (real name Bernard Freeman) posted on Instagram over the weekend advising his followers to book tickets if they get a chance, suggesting it would be well worth the money.

Pleasantly surprised, Freeman wrote, “If at all possible, do NOT miss your chance to see the @champagnepapi It’s All A Blur tour.” He continued, “Da Boy gives a hell of an experience. I was thoroughly impressed with the production value and the performances from @centralcee @zackbia and @21savage as well. You killed it bruh!”

While in attendance, Drake paid homage to Bun B by putting him on the big screen, proclaiming, “Get the legendary Bun B on the camera real quick! This my dog right here. Raised me up in this shit.”

Bun B is not the first artist the Canadian rapper has seen at one of his concerts. During an LA show, the emcee spotted Bad Bunny in the crowd and declared, “I want to tell y’all something ’cause y’all are LA, and we love you. It’s been like six years since me and Benito did a song. So, we got a song coming for y’all on my album!”

Drake’s tour has been ongoing since July, and a number of hip-hop legends have taken the stage alongside him, including Travis Scott for a performance in Vancouver and J Cole in Montreal.

Although the Toronto native is giving electrifying performances across North America, most of his fans are eagerly awaiting the release of his album For All The Dogs, which was recently postponed to October 6th due to his tour schedule.
