New video shows BiC Fizzle arrested in Arkansas on murder charges
New footage has surfaced of rapper BiC Fizzle being arrested on murder charges.
Earlier this week, the Arkansas artist was taken to Craighead County Detention Center in Jonesboro and charged with first-degree murder.
Now, a video of the arrest has appeared online, with police officers raiding a home and placing him under arrest. The clip appears to be taken from someone in a house across the street, showing Fizzle in handcuffs as officers point guns at the property.
In the comments of the video, posted by Kollege Kidd, one Instagram user wrote, “This be sad to watch I hate to see people get taken away.”
Others said, “Damn he had so much potential coming out of highschool and it was bigger than rap smh,” and “Aint no way bruh went all the way back to the hood like that.”
Police responded to reports of a shooting on the 3500 block of Fairview Drive at around 7:30pm on July 6th.
Fizzle, who was arrested the following day, is accused of robbing the victim alongside another man, who is allegedly 20 years old. The two victims were reportedly in their 20s.
The 23-year-old (real name Jeremiah Edrick Northern) has over 440,000 monthly Spotify listeners and 261,000 followers on Instagram. He was previously signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 label, releasing two albums: Clark Street Baby and Chosen 1K.
The rapper, who is from Blytheville, is best known for his BigXthaPlug and Cootie collaboration ‘Supafly’ that appeared on the soundtrack for 2023’s Fast X film.
His arrest came shortly after the release of his new album, Highly Favored, which arrived on June 26th. It served as the follow-up to last year’s Risk Made Me project.
