André 3000 has collaborated with Supreme for new collection

Legendary Outkast frontman André 300 has been the latest in a long line of celebrities to collaborate with famous streetwear brand Supreme. Supreme took to Instagram recently to tease the upcoming campaign. For the brand’s new ‘Fall/Winter’ collection, the Outkast singer is set to feature alongside British F1 race driver Lewis Hamilton.

Supreme’s latest post posted a photo of André 3000 captioned, “New Fall/Winter 2022 collection coming soon”. In the photo, André is wearing a military jacket that is priced at $15,000. Photographed by Deana Lawson, the singer also sports pinstripe overalls, finishing his look with oversized rounded sunglasses and a scarlet red beanie.

When Supreme recruits a star like André 3000, they usually go on to appear on the brand’s seasonal photo tee. However, the brand is yet to confirm this.

Musically, André 3000 has been very quiet as of late. In February, the singer appeared on the soundtrack for A24’s Michelle Yeo-starring Everything Everywhere All at Once. The singer has also been making music behind the scenes as a flautist on tracks for other artists. The singer has played the flute on ‘My Life Without You’, ‘The Boxcutter’, ‘Dog Fight’, ‘Pinky Fight’, and Mitski and Byrne’s duet song ‘This Is a Life.’

The Outkast rapper was recently mentioned in an interview by Kentucky rapper Jack Harlow who revealed André as his dream collaboration. With fans eager to hear what’s coming next from Harlow, in an interview with NBC’s Today show, he revealed a lot, including who his dream collaboration was with. Speaking about his early musical influences and inspirational figures, Harlow revealed his dream collaboration is with Outkast frontman André 3000.

When asked about dreams and hopeful features, he explained, “André 3000, that’s a big one I’ve been manifesting for a while.” Speaking about how his previous collaborations, he detailed how he believed he manifested them, describing, “I was like man, I just want Pharrell, Drake and then they would happen. I’m just gonna keep saying André 3000 with faith that it will happen.”
