An anonymous male has accused Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual battery
A new civil lawsuit has been filed concerning Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs. The paperwork, which was filed by an anonymous male in a New York County Supreme Court, alleges that the Bad Boy founder sexually assaulted him in 2022 during the filming of a commercial.
The male, who is only identified as John Doe, asserts that they were filming a “high-profile commercial” during which he got into a light-hearted conversation with Combs. At first, he believed it was innocent. However, John Doe claims that, before long, the mogul demanded he perform oral sex on him and told Doe, “[I can] make your career take off.”
The lawyer who drafted it has described it as an example of “blatant sexual quid-pro-quo.” Describing the event in detail, the lawyer has alleged, “Combs framed this meeting as an opportunity for (Doe) to advance his career. (Doe), although hesitant, could not turn down what appeared to be a career-defining moment few ever receive.”
The lawsuit continues, “The implication was clear, also, that if (Doe) did not perform oral sex on Combs to his satisfaction, his career would be over.” The charge John Doe and his lawyer currently seek is sexual battery. Furthermore, they are keen for the trial to be a jury trial.
In a statement given to Usa Today, Combs and his lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, insisted that the musician is an innocent man, stating, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
It continues, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.“
One of the lawyers representing John Doe is the controversial legal practitioner Tony Buzbee. The Texas-based attorney also gave a statement to USA Today: “We have worked hard to spearhead this litigation zealously and ensure that the voices of these alleged victims are heard. The facts set forth in this latest complaint are egregious and highly disturbing. We look forward to presenting these facts in court.”
