6ix9ine accused of physical and sexual abuse by ex-girlfriend in new revenge porn lawsuit
The ex-girlfriend of 6ix9ine, Tailin La Más Viral, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, saying that he was responsible for physically, mentally, sexually and financially abusing her. She also states that he retaliated against her by using revenge porn.
Documents were obtained by TMZ on September 20th that detail the allegations Yailin (whose real name is Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz) is filing against her ex. She says that 6ix9ine manipulated her and forced her into plastic surgery; he used his power to keep her in a drugged-up state throughout their relationship, and he stole thousands of dollars from her.
Diaz also claims that last month, when she eventually drew a line under their relationship, he posted sexually explicit photos of her on X as a form of revenge. Diaz has confirmed she finally broke up with 6ix9ine because of the allegations of theft and fraud that have also been filed against him.
Diaz acknowledges that the posts have since been removed; however, she is asking the court for over $1 million in damages because of the emotional distress that they caused her. She is also asking the court to block 6ix9ine from ever posting anything about her social media again.
6ix9ine has come forward to deny all of the allegations. He said in a statement, “All that jewellery is mine… that car she’s riding in I bought… the penthouse shoe [sic] got in the Dominican Republic I bought… I took care of her family, daughter – when I met her she had 2 month old baby – I put pampers and food on the table for them.”
It’s been a year of ups and downs for 6ix9ine. Only three weeks ago, he received an international warrant for his arrest, as officials in the Dominican Republic announced that he was “in rebellion” outside the Dominican Republic as of June 2024. The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred in October 2023 when he was charged with assaulting two of his producers.
On the other hand, the rapper was having a good summer after playing a packed-out show in Romania at the Beach, Please! Festival. He shared a video of the performance on his social media and wrote, “I can take a lot of time off, but I won’t ever stop being THE BEST to ever do this RAP shit. In marketing, videos, music, performances.”
This remains a developing story; more information surrounding 6ix9ine’s recent arrest warrants and the allegations brought against him will follow.
