50 Cent mocks Young Buck’s mugshot following arrest

Young Buck was arrested earlier this week and booked into Sumner County Jail in Gallatin, Tennessee, and 50 Cent wasted no time mocking him. The former G-Unit rapper (real name David Brown) reportedly missed a meeting with his bond supervisor, resulting in Buck spending a month behind bars.

Assistant District Attorney for Sumner County, Eric Mauldin, says Buck was instructed to meet with his supervisor twice a month while on bond supervision but failed to do so. He was also being GPS monitored for two cases, including a drug case and a domestic violence case.

According to TMZ, the District Attorney filed a motion for a hearing on April 7th, during which the judge sentenced him to 30 days in county jail. At the end of his sentence, there will be another hearing to reconsider his bond and decide whether any bond should be set.

G-Unit boss 50 Cent took to Instagram on April 10th to make fun of Young Buck’s mugshot, mocking the shape of his head. “Damn how dat [ninja] head get like that,” he wrote in the caption. “Police must’ve hit him in the head. LOL.”

Not stopping there, 50 shared a GIF of the title character from the 2010 animated movie Megamind, played by Will Ferrell, suggesting Buck looks like him. “I gotta get back to work, LOL,” he wrote.

Buck was released on $60,000 bond in 2020 following his arrest on charges of domestic assault, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and vandalism over $10,000.

The Nashville-born artist released his new seven-track project, Renovation, in March. His last album, The Rehab, dropped in 2022. Buck left G-Unit Records in 2018 after releasing two albums, 2004’s Straight Outta Cashville and 2007’s Buck the World.
