50 Cent tells Ray J to “chill” following another Diddy rant
Over the years, 50 Cent has been vocal about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in jest and has alluded to strange aspects of his personal life. However, since his arrest and the beginning of federal legal proceedings, no one has been more vocal than Ray J. After another rant, 50 Cent has suggested that the ‘One Wish’ singer “chill out” and calm down.
Although many people in the culture are speaking on the case, Ray J seems to have a certain anger and hatred for Combs not shown by many. This was most evident in his recent appearance on News Nation’s CUOMO show.
During his appearance, Ray J spoke about Combs and who else potentially knew about it. Furthermore, he even brought the church into his conversation, and although passionate, he came across as a bit manic and incoherent to many when attempting to fire shots at Diddy.
For example, when trying to speak about Combs’ alleged abuse of minors, Ray J stated, “‘Cause, you know, they say that people like the church doing it. So now, I can’t turn cheek to cheek when somebody hit me, because now I’m thinking about butt cheeks, you know? It’s like… It’s a lot, and it’s just not adding up to me.”
Following this, even 50 Cent, who is one of hip-hop’s most avid and perseverent trolls thought the appearance made Ray J look a little crazy. Taking to Instagram, the Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ creator wrote, “Oh now i see why they was gonna pack Ray J out, he wilding bro. It feels like he saying this because Diddy down bad. I’m a hit Ray and tell him chill LOL.”
This isn’t the first time that Fifty has called out Ray J for his impulsive, reckless reactions to the Diddy case. Following a close call that nearly saw Ray J get into a fistfight with Combs’ three sons, the ‘Candy Shop’ rapper told the singer that he was punching above his weight, writing, “YO THIS S**T GOT ME CRYING. JUSTIN and them gonna f**k you up.”
However, we know that 50 Cent and Ray J aren’t exactly opposing each other in their thoughts about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The only other individual in hip-hop who has been just as critical of the mogul is Ma$e. 50 Cent even cut ties with Starz earlier this year due to their failure to cancel a Diddy talk show they had planned in 2022.
Still, although there are people critical of Diddy, Ray J’s willingness to unrelentingly defame someone continuously on cable news during an ongoing federal investigation is risky and seems to have a manic element to it.
