50 Cent reveals petty way he taunted Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in prison
50 Cent has confessed to targeting Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in an unconventional way following the release of his new Netflix series.
The G-Unit boss is an executive producer for Sean Combs: The Reckoning, a four-part documentary that includes allegations about the incarcerated rapper.
Taking to Instagram over the weekend, 50 revealed that he did an interview with ABC News based off the fact he knew they showed the channel in prison.
A screenshot of a post on X read, “Finding out 50 Cent agreed to do an interview with ABC News station only because it’s one of the few stations they’re allowed to watch in prison. He’s a menace.” In the caption, he wrote, “I thought about it, what’s wrong with that?”
People took to the comments to praise his pettiness. One person said, “50 cent makes me realize, that im not hating people, to my full potential.”
Another person wrote, “This man’s pettiness has to be studied at universities,” while another said, “He’s making sure diddy have nightmares tonight.”
During a recent appearance on The Beat With Ari Melber, 50 stated that Combs was his favourite villain.
“I have a lot of guys that I look up to, their accomplishments, but I wouldn’t call them my heroes,” he said. “My favourite villain? I kind of like Diddy.”
Speaking more about his relationship with Combs, he said, “I don’t know him to be tough. Like, we haven’t even had problems. Me and him. They all say we’ve had beef for 20 years, but I have hired both of his sons for different projects that I worked on. Two different television shows, Quincy [Brown] and Justin [Combs].”
He continued, “So I don’t have that energy towards him where we were trying to hurt each other. When other people pointed out those situations, like that he was dangerous, then I said, ‘Oh, OK.’ I had to take it in, but we never got there.”
