50 Cent confirms his next album will be his last
50 Cent has revealed that his next album will be his final release as he plots to bow out.
Curtis Jackson made the admission during a recent interview to promote the new Power spin-off series Force, which focuses on the character of Tommy.
In an Instagram post to promote the series, Fiddy first dropped a hint that his retirement is currently pending when he cryptically wrote in a recent caption, “Smile my next album might be my last.”
When he appeared on CBS’ The Talk, the rapper confirmed it would be his last proper album. Although he said that he will still make music, it’ll mainly be linked to his television work.
Meanwhile, it was recently confirmed that 50 Cent is coming to the UK this summer to perform at Wembley Arena and headline the 2022 edition of Parklife alongside Tyler, The Creator.
The Manchester festival will occur at Heaton Park on June 11-12th, with Tyler finishing the first day of the event and Fiddy bringing the Sunday to a close.
They’ll be joined on the bill by Megan Thee Stallion, Bicep, Loyle Carner, Headie One, ArrDee, Central Cee, Chase & Status, Jamie xx, Fred Again… and many more.
