50 Cent claims Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing new charges

50 Cent has claimed that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing new criminal charges.

The G-Unit rapper has been outspoken about Combs over the years, particularly after he was charged with various crimes and ultimately sentenced.

This week, 50 took to Instagram to share a screenshot that claimed Combs could be up against more charges.

In the caption of his since-deleted post, 50 wrote, “New charges. Court doc’s say Diddy raped a male escort then threatened him saying I got 2 pac hit. What the fuck you think I’ll do to you. Ya Man is a Mook Yo !” He soundtracked the post with R Kelly’s ‘Bump n’ Grind’.

The unverified post from the screenshot claimed that Cowboys and Angels owner, Brett Taylor, was questioned in court over claims related to Combs and requests for over 30 male escorts. The post continued, “These escorts were allegedly only for Diddy, not his women dating back to 2014.”

It alleged that Taylor’s lawyers confirmed that state criminal charges against Combs are expected to be announced “soon.”

Combs was arrested in September 2024 and sentenced to 50 months in prison in October 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He’s currently jailed at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey and is scheduled to be released on April 25th, 2028.

However, Combs appealed his prostitution conviction last week, asking Judge Arun Subramanian for an immediate release from prison.

The rapper’s legal team claims the judge punished him for crimes that he was cleared of, with the sentence allegedly four times longer than normal Mann Act convictions.
