15-year-old arrested over kidnapping Sydney rapper’s bodyguard

A 15-year-old has been charged with kidnapping and assaulting a bodyguard of a popular Sydney rapper.

The child is among five people who have been arrested in connection with the alleged kidnapping in Guildford, Sydney.

According to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, police claim that 32-year-old Emilio Chalhoub, who is Ay Huncho’s personal bodyguard, was forced into a car at around 11:30pm on April 20th.

The car was later found burnt out in Villawood, with armed officers finding the man in a Casula property with facial injuries. All five suspects were taken to Liverpool Police Station and have been charged with various crimes.

A 22-year-old man has been charged with kidnap in company with intent serious indict occasion actual bodily harm, participate and contribute to criminal group, and possess unauthorised prohibited firearm.

He’s also facing charges of blacken or disguise face with intent to commit an indictable offence and destroy property in company use greater than $5,000. As well as the 15-year-old, two 21-year-old men and a 22-year-old man have also been charged.

There are also charges of aggravated take or drive motor vehicle with person armed with weapon, possess unauthorised prohibited firearm, and destroy property in company use greater than $5,000.

Last year, Huncho’s family home was struck with 21 bullets. Taking place on September 14th at around 1am, the shooting took place on Harris Street in Merrylands.

Three people were at home at the time, including two women aged 22 and 40, and a 15-year-old boy, who were left unharmed.
