Witness claims to have recordings of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ “freak off” parties

While Sean’ Diddy’ Combs remains behind bars, a Manhattan grand jury is reportedly attempting to piece together a case against the mogul that could lead to his permanent incarceration. New allegations and lawsuits are continuing to come against Combs with one accuser of particular interest to the courts.

An alleged witness to Combs’ parties recently claimed he had footage of one of the events and was immediately subpoenaed by the court so the evidence could be examined and presented to the grand jury as they decide where or not to indict the rapper.

The individual, Courtney Burgess, was asked to hand over the tapes to the Manhattan court that is currently filing through evidence, but Burgess has insisted that his alleged proof has images of Combs’ “freak offs.” Furthermore, he alleges the footage depicts Combs performing illicit sexual acts. Burgess has even suggested there are other celebrities caught on camera.

In a recent interview with TMZ outside the courthouse, Burgess also claimed that he has an unedited version of the late Kim Porter’s diary. Porter, who had four children with Combs before her death in 2018 was the centre of a lot of controversy when her alleged memoir was published on September 23rd.

However, the model and actress’ words were dismissed as false and untrue by her own children. Entitled In Her Own Words: The Kim Porter Memoir, it was denounced by Combs’ kids on social media who insisted that their mother did not even write a diary when she was alive, therefore, the book couldn’t be her words.

Upon its release, Burgess sided with Combs’ children concerning the memoir’s accuracy but still turned in what he claims is the real, unedited diary to the courts and pushed back on the kids for asserting that Porter didn’t write down her experiences. The alleged witness also criticised the Combs family for not coming to the support of their mother while she was still alive.

Speaking to TMZ, Burgess stated, “They should’ve started worrying when he was beating her! When do you start worrying about your mother? After the fact?” Burgess and his lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, have revealed they plan to publish Porter’s unedited diary via Amazon.

Due to DJ Akademiks and many others including Ray J, Diddy’s children have been in the news for other questionable reasons recently. The mogul’s sons, Justin Combs, King Combs, and Quincy Brown, were involved in an altercation with Ray J at a recent LA Halloween party and DJ Akademiks recently blasted them for partying while their father is suffering.
