Watch Post Malone cover The Proclaimers and Sublime

While on his current tour in Australia and New Zealand, Post Malone delighted fans at Doolan’s Irish Pub in Auckland this weekend.

The rapper, known for his eclectic taste in music, treated the audience to covers of The Proclaimers’ ‘I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)’ and Sublime’s ‘What I Got,’ showcasing his versatility by performing alongside the local bar house band.

This special performance follows Post Malone’s recent rendition of Alice In Chains song ‘Them Bones’ during a radio session on The Howard Stern Show last month.

In the recent interview with Howard Stern, Malone reflected on a recent interaction with Taylor Swift, who shared she was a huge fan of the performer: “We were just passing by and she was like, ‘Oh my God! Nice to see you. ‘Better Now’ is fucking’ amazing!’,” he told Stern.

“And I was like, ‘What? That’s fucking crazy, you’re a great fucking songwriter! Thank you so very much.’”

“I recently got to hang out with her and she is genuinely one of the most kind and considerate [people] and a fucking hell of a songwriter. Holy shit, amazing,” he said.
