Wack 100 says Suge Knight could have saved Tupac Shakur

Even to this day, 2Pac’s death continues to be one of the most tragic moments in hip-hop history. The massive impact of it is reflected in the fact that people continue to ask questions about who may be responsible and speculate on how it could have been prevented. New speculations have been raised in these conversations as some claim Suge Knight could have potentially prevented the murder.

The murder took place in 1996 when 2Pac was involved in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas. The man who has been accused of the murder, Keefe D, was arrested in 2023 and has been behind bars ever since. He has yet to be found guilty but is awaiting trial.

Wack 100 has been very vocal about the case recently. He has tried to bail Keefe D out of jail but was unsuccessful. He has even teased that he will be making a documentary about Keefe D and his alleged involvement in the murder of the West Coast rapper.

Recently, Wack has also shared a theory on 2Pac’s death, saying that it could have been prevented. In discussing his theory, Wack has confirmed that he believes Pac’s murder could have been stopped if Suge Knight had gotten involved.

In an interview with VladTV, Wack said that Knight could not protect 2Pac despite being aware of the risk to his life. Wack said that if the right security measures had been put in place, Shakur could have been saved. Wack compared himself to Knight, saying that if one of his artists was in a similar position, he would take extra measures to ensure their safety.

“As the one that was supposed to have been leading that, he should have made the right decision,” said Wack, “Instead, everybody’s partying and bullshitting, and it happened the way it happened […] Suge was too worried about the wrong thing.”

Wack continued by questioning some of the situations he has found himself in recently. He also recalled having to make quick decisions previously to ensure the safety of those around him, reinforcing the idea that Knight didn’t act fast enough or in 2Pac’s best interests.

As a lot of the world discusses whether Pac’s death could have been prevented, some are still trying to ascertain who might have been responsible. While Keefe D has been charged with the rapper’s murder, he claims that there were others involved. Shakur’s family recently launched their own private investigationfollowing allegations that Diddy could have been involved; however, whether this has turned up any results remains to be seen.
