Tupac Shakur car from Las Vegas shooting is selling for millions

Tupac Shakur was shot in a car in Las Vegas in 1996, and now the vehicle has been put up for sale for the first time.

Pac was shot in a BMW, driven by Suge Knight, following a Mike Tyson fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, leading to his death in the hospital seven days later.

Celebrity Cars has listed the car for $1.75 million, giving fans the chance to purchase the vehicle for a hefty price.

The listing reads, “This marks the first time the vehicle has ever been offered for sale or publicly displayed since Tupac Shakur’s death in 1996. The car has undergone a comprehensive restoration to return it to the condition it was in prior to the shooting and has recently received a fresh coat of paint.”

It continues, “There is a small exterior indentation believed to correspond with one of the bullet impact points, though it is subtle and difficult to distinguish. Aside from this preserved detail, the vehicle is fully restored. Reference photos of the bullet damage are provided for historical context only.”

The new owner will need to provide a $20,000 deposit. Upon purchase, they will receive documentation to verify the vehicle’s ownership and historical worth.

“The wheels have been correctly replaced with the same style fitted to the vehicle at the time of the shooting,” the listing states. “The car runs exceptionally well and presents in excellent overall condition.”

It adds, “The interior door panel and liner have been carefully pulled back to reveal original weld marks, which are visible in the exact locations where the bullets penetrated the vehicle-further corroborating its historical significance.”

Tupac was shot on September 7th, 1996, and later died on September 13th. He was shot four times: twice in the chest, once in the arm, and once in the thigh.
