The Game addresses Kendrick Lamar diss claims on new mixtape
The Game has responded to claims that he dissed Kendrick Lamar multiple times across his new mixtape.
The Compton rapper dropped his latest project, Gangsta Grillz: Every Movie Needs a Trailer, on December 5th as a prelude to The Documentary 3.
After listening to the project, many fans believed Game took shots at Kendrick on more than one occasion.
However, Game has denied the rumours, telling people they’re “reaching.” He added that if he did have a problem with a rapper, it wouldn’t be that subliminal.
Taking to Instagram, wrote, “Yall reaching… if I got a problem with a [ninja] you win’t gone need to guess !!!! 2ndly, yall weird azz me too fans ride anybody nuts the internet tell yall to.”
He continued, “It ain’t a rapper in this soft azz industry who want smoke. They know & any fan who know my body of work know. Merry Xmas ho ho ho azzz [ninjas].”
The alleged disses came on tracks like ‘Left Out’, ‘Chrome Hearts’, and ‘Amerikkka’s Nightmare’.
In one line, he said, “N*gga, fuck you, n*gga, who said you him?/ Fuck both you n*ggas, now nobody wins/ You followin’ trends, I’m goin’ with the wind/ I don’t wanna hang with you n*ggas, my arm in the rim.”
Another time, he rapped, “I don’t turn down smoke, I don’t turn up n*ggas’ albums/ First n*ggas was scared of my brother, so I start pullin’ up without him/ Los Angeles King, show me a rooftop, I’ll shout it/ And a n*gga y’all thought was king ain’t gon’ do nothin’ about it.”
He also said, “I wear red rags and hot rags, up and down Slauson/ I am Westside connected, this Compton, precede with caution,” followed by, “Put 12 dots on you and park you like that n*gga, GNX.”
