Taylor Swift takes legal action against Kanye West over sex allegations

Taylor Swift is reportedly taking legal action after Kanye West accused her of having a threesome with Justin Bieber and Harry Styles. The ‘Cruel Summer’ singer has filed a cease and desist against Ye for his comments on social media this week.

Kanye took to X (formerly Twitter) on April 10th to make allegations about Swift’s personal life, claiming she had sex with Bieber and Styles at the same time.

“I’ll show you an example of racism,” he wrote. “Justin Bieber and Harry styles fucked Taylor swift from both sides and didn’t call me. Oh I forgot. I can’t hold water. ON EVEYTHIIING THIS TWEET IS ONE THOUSAND PERCENT TRUE.”

He then admitted that he’d personally like to have sex with Swift, adding, “I KNOW TAYLOR LIKE HOW THE FUCK HE KNOW THAT. IM MAD I HAVENT FUCKED TAYLOR SWIFT … YET.”

A source told the Daily Mail, “This isn’t just [West] gossiping. This is [West] sexually harassing a woman, defaming her and intending to cause harm to her and to her career.”  The formal letter demands that the rapper stop making defamatory claims immediately.

Another source says that Swift’s partner, Travis Kelce, is upset with the allegations and wants to confront Kanye. The source said, “Taylor’s clearly upset, and Travis is obviously supporting her. There must be consequences. West would never dare say this to her face.”

Additionally, a source close to Bieber claimed Ye’s comments were “100% untrue,” while people close to Styles called the accusation baseless and “disrespectful.”

Kanye’s problems with Swift began at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2009 when he invaded the stage during her acceptance speech, claiming Beyoncé should have won ‘Best Female Video’ instead of her. Since then, he’s continued to mention her name.
