SZA defends Megan Thee Stallion against Tory Lanez: “I’m actually so shocked”
SZA has thrown her support behind Megan Thee Stallion amid the legal team for Tory Lanez claiming he didn’t shoot her. Lanez is currently serving a 10-year sentence for assault with a semi-automatic firearm, having a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence.
However, the Toronto rapper’s fans have rallied behind his release, with Drake, Kanye West, and Kodak Black backing him.
The TDE singer took to the comments of an Instagram video this week, calling people out for attacking Megan when Lanez was sentenced for assault.
“The density !!!!! I’m actually SO shocked at the amount of ppl fully comfortable bullying a woman that’s proven to be a victim of assault ??!” SZA wrote. “Like out loud where other ppl can see you ?? Lmao u finna be stupid OUTLOUD ?”
Megan recently blasted Lanez for continuing to claim he wasn’t responsible for shooting her in 2020. In a TikTok post, she wrote, “At what point are yall gonna stop making me have to re live being shot BY TORY !? At what point are Tory and yall FANS gonna stop lying ? Like how much is the check to keep harassing me? Why is this happening EVERY DAY?
