Suge Knight claims Prince set up confrontation between him and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Suge Knight has accused Prince of setting up a confrontation between himself and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The Death Row co-founder, currently serving a 28-year prison sentence for a fatal hit-and-run, recently told an unheard story about The Purple One.

During a new interview from behind bars, Knight alleges Prince sat him at a table with Combs without their knowledge, with the legendary singer knowing all about their issues with one another.

“I was at The Roosevelt having dinner, me, with the bitches too, a couple of homies,” he told The Art of Dialogue. “A guy came to our table and said, ‘Hey, Prince is doing this show right now. He wants you to come in right now and watch his show, and he’s got a table for you.’ So I’m like, ‘I’ll go in there.’

“I left everybody at the table, I went there solo, you know? Prince sat me down at a table where Puffy was there, Nas was there, there was a couple of people there. And when I sat at this table… Prince is the coldest gangster in the world. Don’t let the motherfucking high heels fool y’all.

“He’s playing the guitar and says, ‘What’s up, Suge?’ and starts laughing ’cause he knows. He must have been mad at Puffy ’cause he planted me at that table.”

Knight claimed he said a few things to Combs that made him stand up in frustration before his security guards escorted him away.

Last year, Knight gave Combs some prison advice after being charged with sex trafficking and racketeering. “Puffy, I’m gonna give you some real advice,” he said on his Collect Call podcast. “Two quick things. You gotta make a decision. When you go to prison, either you’re gonna be standing up pissing or squatting, sitting down pissing.”

He continued, “I advise you to try to take the first one ’cause if you squatting and pissing, you know what that means. Do not do your time going by Brother Love. Brother Love is not a good code name.”
