Tony Buzbee files two more sexual assault lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is facing two more sexual assault lawsuits ahead of his sentencing. Lawyer Tony Buzbee filed the suits on October 2nd on behalf of a woman and a man named Lakeisha Ward and Dejoan Bledsoe.

The two unrelated lawsuits both accuse Combs of drugging and sexual assault at different parties in the 2010s.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Ward claims Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her at a pool party at his Los Angeles home in 2018.

She claims she signed an NDA prior to the party and felt dizzy after no more than two drinks. Ward alleges she was drowsy when she was led to a bedroom. She claims Combs entered the room and became sexually aggressive, before “climbing on top of her and penetrating her.”

As for Bledsoe, he claims that he met Combs during a party at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel in 2019. He was 18 at the time and was allegedly promised a way into the music industry with a record deal.

From there, he claims he was drugged and sexually assaulted throughout the night, going in and out of consciousness.

Ward and Bledsoe are seeking compensatory and punitive damages over their sexual assault allegations against the rapper.

Combs will be sentenced on October 3rd after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

He’s remained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since September 2024 and faces up to 20 years in prison. Prosecutors have urged the judge for a minimum of 11 years and three months.
