Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sued by man for alleged sexual assault as a child
Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been sued by a man who claims the rapper sexually assaulted him when he was a child.
Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
According to TMZ, the Bad Boy boss is facing another lawsuit from an anonymous man, dating back to his childhood actor days.
In court documents, John Doe claims he attended a party in the Hollywood Hills in 2007. At the networking event, he alleges that the rapper invited him to talk about career opportunities in private.
The man claims Combs proceeded to rub his body and eventually performed oral sex on him while pleasuring himself, despite telling him that he was uncomfortable beforehand. Before leaving the room, Combs allegedly told him that he would keep him in mind for future work opportunities.
As well as Combs, the man is also suing several agents for unspecified damages. Following the lawsuit being filed, Combs’ representative, Juda Engelmayer, released a statement on behalf of the rapper.
“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous,” she said. “He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers.”
She added, “Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”
Combs is currently behind bars at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. He’s scheduled to be released in April 2028.
