Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sued by two females for sexual assault in New York

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been accused by two anonymous women of multiple sexual assaults in the late 1990s. The two lawsuits were filed on February 4th in New York’s Supreme Court and suggest that the two accusers were involved in the hip-hop scene during the 1990s.

The accusers, who are only named as Jane Does, assert that during the ’80s and ’90s, they frequently crossed paths with Combs due to their involvement in hip-hop music, and the first Jane Doe suggested that Combs sexually assaulted her several times in different locations, including New York and California. Still, the accuser’s lawsuit only pertains to a specific New York incident.

The first Jane Doe alleges that Combs hired her to provide bottle service at one of his parties in The Hamptons. According to the court papers, on one occasion, the Bad Boy founder offered her a drink, and the Jane Doe recalls how she “began to feel woozy, slipping in and out of consciousness.”

The Jane Doe then proceeded to allege that she was sexually assaulted by Combs and that, after, his associates began to do the same under “Combs’ direction” while “another man sodomiz[ed] him.”

The anonymous accuser also alleged that, to the best of her knowledge, the event was captured on video. The Jane Doe, who claimed she was assaulted in The Hamptons, has also detailed a separate incident where she and a friend were “drugged and forced to participate in group-sex activity” at the Trump Hotel in Manhattan after a party at Limelight nightclub where Combs was present.

The second Jane Doe made similar claims in a new filing against Combs and has the same recollection of the alleged Trump Hotel assault. The second accuser has insisted that Combs became “violent on numerous separate occasions” and “subjected her to “sexual assault, coercion, abuse and violence.”

Furthermore, the second anonymous accuser has suggested that she and her friend were allegedly “forced to take” what she believes was ecstasy or a similar drug before the “group sex activity.”

Both Jane Does are suing for alleged violation of the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. Their respective civil lawsuits are seeking compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain they suffered as a result of the alleged incidents.

Combs remains in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre as he awaits his trial, which will take place in May. He denies all allegations of wrongdoing and has pled not guilty to the charges.
